🇬🇧 Like his brother Horigorō II, also a tattooer, Horigorō III would have learned the trade from his father Horigorō I. He here synthesizes Japanese and Western techniques. Horigorō III holds between his fingers a brush soaked in ink which serves as a reservoir for its needle -as is traditionally customary in tebori- and works with the electric tattoo machine of foreign design.
